THE BOOK · NOVEMBER 3

Shape Chaos Before Chaos Shapes You

Kyle takes readers inside operations where incomplete information, intense pressure, and human behavior shaped every decision. He then translates those experiences into practical frameworks for anticipating what comes next, influencing people under stress, and acting before a crisis controls the outcome.

• Decide well before pressure narrows your options
• Anticipate decision points and set your triggers in advance
• Build trust and influence when authority alone is insufficient

ABOUT KYLE

Thirty years closest to the crisis.

Kyle Vowinkel spent three decades where the stakes were highest — as an Army officer, an FBI Hostage Rescue Team operator, a crisis negotiator, and ultimately a senior FBI executive responsible for people, operations, and outcomes when lives and national security were on the line. He now works with leaders who face their own version of pressure: incomplete information, real consequences, and no time to wait for certainty.
